Bridal FAQs

  • Yes, appointments are required. Our goal is to help you find your dream dress. For that reason, if you want to try on dresses, we do require an appointment. This way we can ensure that there will be a dedicated expert stylist working one-on-one with you for your full appointment. If you need a same day appointment please call the store 479-966-4622.

  • We allot 90 minutes for every bride, and our appointments run back-to-back. We find this is enough time to try on dresses, say “I do” to your dress and complete your order. Bridesmaid appointments are 1 hour. Accessories appointments are 30 minutes.

  • Bring the key people that you cannot make this decision without. For some, this may mean shopping alone and for others it may be a couple of loved ones. When you find your dress, if there is someone you don’t want to miss that moment who can’t join you, we can FaceTime them! We like to stick with the rule of thumb of Bride +5 as we have limited space in our boutique.

  • We are located on the south side of Single Tree Plaza with a free parking lot.

  • Yes. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment we charge a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No problem! We just require a 24 hour cancellation notice due to our limited availability. We typically have a wait list of brides who would love to schedule an appointment with us, so if you are unable to make it to your designated appointment time, please call the shop, and we would be more than happy to help you reschedule.

  • If you find the shop that fits your style, don’t worry about making multiple additional appointments. Our showroom is carefully curated to give you the best range of bridal styles, so you can leave knowing you shopped a variety of options.

  • Absolutely, get familiar with our showroom by looking through our styleboard.

  • Yes! We welcome all, celebrate love, and affirm every expression. We are a safe place for our brides, our team, and our community.

  • Our samples range from bridal size 8-24 and we are able to order any gown in size 0-32. We use clips and have tricks up our sleeves to be able to assist brides of all sizes.

  • Our gowns start at $1800 and can range upwards to $10,000. The majority of our gowns range from $2200-$4500. We are always respectful of your budget and do our best to find you a gown that you will love.

  • We recommend shopping 1 year in advance and purchasing no later than 9 months. This ensures plenty of time for customizations, alterations and bridal portraits.

  • Bridal gowns take about 4-6 months to arrive in store once ordered. Each designer has different rush options depending on style and size.

  • Absolutely, our designers do have rush options depending on style and size. We also have a sample sale section where you can purchase your dress off the rack.

  • We do not have an in-house seamstress, however, we have a list of bridal specific alterations experts we recommend.

  • Veils and accessories take about 10-12 weeks to arrive in store once ordered. We recommend ordering your veil and accessories at least 5 months in advance.

  • Sample sales are an opportune time to shop an even wider sample selection than normal at amazing prices. We typically host in-person sample sale events throughout the year. A trunk show is a special event to see more of a specific designer’s collection and often to see the latest pieces in the collection. Since we don’t carry every gown from each collection, trunk shows are your opportunity to see additional styles that aren’t usually carried in the store.

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash only.

  • Due to our love for and commitment to our exclusive designer lines and in an effort to offer all brides the same courtesy, we do not offer any discounts or negotiate any of our bridal gown prices (regardless of payment or shipping method). Sample gowns will only be marked down when sold or purchased off-the-rack and will be priced according to any wear and tear.

  • Some of our designers are very customizable. Most designers allow raising or lowering the neckline and color changes.

  • While we recommend purchasing a wedding dress based on your current measurements, we understand the stress of wedding planning (and the pressure to look your best!) means your measurements may change in between gown shopping and your wedding day. If this is the case, you're actually in luck—it's a lot easier to take in a dress than it is to add fabric that perfectly matches the rest of your gown.

Bridesmaid FAQs

  • Yes, appointments are required. We understand with several bridesmaids it can quickly become stressful. Our goal is to take all the stress off of the Bride. For that reason, if you want to try on dresses, we do require an appointment. This way we can ensure that there will be a dedicated expert stylist working one-on-one with you for your full appointment. If you need a same day appointment please call the store at 479-966-4622.

  • We allot 60 minutes for every bridesmaid appointment, and our appointments run back-to-back. We find this is enough time to choose your style and complete your order.

  • Our bridesmaid dresses start at $170 and go up to $325.

  • Absolutely, get familiar with our showroom by looking through our styleboard.

  • Our bridesmaids samples range from a size 8-20. However we are able to order any gown in size 00-30. We use clips and have tricks up our sleeves to be able to assist bridesmaids of all sizes.

  • To ensure enough time for alterations and shipping to out of town bridesmaids. We suggest shopping 6 months before the wedding.

  • Our bridesmaids gowns take 8-10 weeks to arrive in store. There are some rush options available if needed!

  • We do not have an in house seamstress, however, we have a list of alteration bridal experts we recommend.

  • Yes, we have maternity options!

  • Yes, if you are a Tesori Bride your bridesmaids, MOB/MOG receive 10% off.

  • We have a really easy system for ordering dresses. More often than not we have bridesmaids live out of town or out of the country. If you are one of those bridesmaids, we will assist you in completing your contract via email and are able to ship anywhere!

  • We do not have a specific line for MOB/MOG. However, we have listened to you and carefully handpicked styles in our bridemaids collection for our MOB/MOG.

  • No, we do not.

  • While we have a swatch book for you to browse in-store we reccomend ordering swatches off the designers website to reference with other details of your wedding.

  • Absolutely! Whether you bought your dress from another shop or you are wearing a family heirloom. You can bring your gown to Tesori, put it on and we will help you curate the perfect look!

  • We recommend shopping for accessories at least 4 months in advance.

  • We recommend shopping for Little White's at least 6 months in advance.

  • Yes, you can preshop almost all of the products we have in store here.
